We accept pre-orders
The harvest starts in October, every morning we roll up our sleeves and get to work. We will pick around 1,000 kg from sun up to sun down. Every evening we drive up to the olive mill and press the fruit. They are long days but this is our passion and we do everything we can to get olive oil of the very highest quality.

Raymond Bakken
As a little boy I spent the summers on my uncles' farm. There I picked strawberries, scared birds and drank all the soft drinks i could manage. I've always wanted to run a farm, but life dragged me into the tech business. After many years behind the screen I had enough of being a closet farmer in Oslo, so my wife Rebecca and I bought a one-way ticket to Spain. Here we live and make olive oil in our little slice of heaven called Finca La Colina. My beard has grown a lot over the years and our dream has come true.

Rebecca Hermansen
With a washcloth, grit, dedication and her own flower pollination suit, Rebecca manages the household and vegetable garden. Here she welcomes visitors from all over the world. That she has a past as a butcher has no bearing on her care and sensitivity. All are welcome. And if you want to visit us then ask for Rebecca's homemade chili marmalade, because Rebecca loves strong food as much as a sailor loves salt water in his face. This marmalade can only be purchased on the farm by special guests.
