Olive harvesting

Would you like to have a slightly different holiday? Harvesting of the olives is done September, October and November, depending on weather and wind. The harvest will take place over 3-5 days, depending on how fast we can get finished. Everything is then taken to the olive press and pressed into extra virgin olive oil. This is done within 24 hours after the olives are picked to get the best quality oil. We will be responsible for room and board for the days plucking is in progress and you will also get 2 liters of oil to take home with you. There is limited space. It is difficult to know long in advance which days the plucking will take place, as everything depends on the weather.
